Help LIFT US UP!
Support Our Student-Athletes
It's 904 Weekend! Join your fellow Ospreys in coming together to LIFT US UP and support the UNF Strength and Conditioning Department. Your gift of any size TODAY will help to enhance our facilities to better serve our student-athletes and aid in recruitment efforts.
The Strength and Conditioning Department’s mission is to provide student-athletes with a competitive, safe training environment that puts them in the best position to compete on a national level. The department aims to enhance athletic potential, while decreasing risk of injury. UNF prepares our student-athletes in all disciplines of sport consisting of strength, power, agility, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and mobility.
MAXIMIZE YOUR IMPACT
UNF Athletic Director, Nick Morrow, is donating $1 for every individual donor that makes their gift of any size during 904 Weekend. That's not all! Former UNF student-athlete Tony Polster, and current Osprey Club president, Jessica Polster, will generously give $500 to the 904 Weekend project once $500 is raised.WHY YOUR SUPPORT IS IMPORTANT
Our current space is 3,500 sq. ft. and serves all 19 varsity athletics programs. Currently, all of our major pieces of equipment were purchased in 2008 and we look forward to enhancing the space in our facility and specifically focusing on new, branded dumbbells and Keiser Functional Trainers.
New dumbbells and Keiser Functional Trainers will improve safety and functionality for our student-athletes. Improvements will lead to increased efficiency and utilization of the facility space.
HOW YOUR DONATIONS MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Donations made during 904 Weekend will directly impact the Strength and Conditioning Department and help serve our student-athletes. Gifts of all sizes make an impact...LIFT US UP today! Swoop!
